Do I need to have Google Analytics setup on my website first?
Yes, you will require a Google Analytics account and the code installed on your website. This is a fairly simple process but you may want help from your website developer.
What website types do you support?
This basic report will work for anyone who can add a Google Analytics tracking code on their website. So that means WordPress.org, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix and more.
However, if you want upgrades based on capturing mouse clicks, forms completed etc are only available to people who can add Google Tag Manager on their website, which means not Wix.

After purchasing here you can expect an email from Petra within 48 hours (M-F) explaining the process and asking some questions.
Assuming your Google Analytics is setup correctly, you should be able to expect your report to be setup within 10 business days from providing Petra access to your Google Analytics account.
After that, you will receive your first report on the next first day of the month.
Can you provide customisation for me?
